1. Palliative (relieve or lessen without curing) - EXPLANATION TO COMMITTEE AND PROBATIONARY STATUS OF 12 MONTHS. Palliative vote may be skipped based on the issue or complaint brought before the committee. All Palliative Votes may result in a suspension of Voting rights for the Sponsor for a period of Three months. The suspension of voting rights does not absolve a Sponsor from their other responsibilities under this “Sponsor Agreement”.

    1. Palliative Action - occurs when a majority of the committee votes to enact an action based on Sponsor deficiency when brought before the committee for Palliative Vote.

    2. Call for Palliative action can be brought by any committee member through this form. One corrective action per 12 month period. 

  2. Remedial (affording remedy or correction) - Remedial Action to be decided by committee vote. The action is dependent on the reason for vote.  A call for Corrective action can be brought by any committee member through this form.

    1. Remedial Action - occurs when a majority of the committee vote to enact some form of corrective action or restorative justice based on Sponsor deficiency when brought before the committee for a Remedial Vote.

    1. Automatically called for if two Palliative actions are called in a 12 month period. 

    2. One Remedial  action per 24 month period.  

    3. All votes resulting in Remedial Action will also result in an automatic suspension of Committee Voting Rights for said Sponsor in question for a period of three months while corrective actions are completed. The suspension of voting rights does not absolve a Sponsor from their other responsibilities under this “Sponsor Agreement”.

  3. Remediation (the act of removing or correcting something that is repeatedly deficient or FUBAR) - a Remediation Vote will occur any time a second Remedial Vote is called for during a 24 month period.  A Remediation Vote may occur any time, based on the severity of the reported infraction.

    1. Remediation is a plan of action set forth after a majority committee vote requiring a Sponsor to correct the reported deficiency or misappropriate action/activity.

  4. Removal (dismissal) - A Removal Vote may occur any time, based on the severity of the infraction; or after a Second Remedial Vote is called for during a 24 month period; or automatically called for after a third Remedial Action is called for during a 36 month period.
