VENDOR INFORMATION - Olympus Leather Contests
SINGLE BOOTH Space rental includes ONE full paid admission, a SECOND BOOTH HELPER may be added to your booth rental for $100 to cover meal costs.
DOUBLE BOOTH Space rental includes TWO full-paid admissions.
ALL ADDITIONAL BOOTH HELP will be admitted at full rate.

ALL BOOTH SPACES come with:

  • Wifi
  • listing in the program
  • listing on the Olympus Leather Website for One Year
  • mention throughout the weekend on the event PA & throughout the weekend during the contest.

Two Vendors MAY share a booth so long as there is not a competing type of vendor booked anywhere in the vendor area.

ONE MERCHANT per goods type will be accepted on a first come first served basis. (one toy maker, one clothing vendor, one whip maker, one pet play merchant, etc….)

Vendor Mart Set up Friday Morning beginning at 6 am – Doors open at 10 am Friday morning and Vendor Mart will close Sunday evening 6 PM – I will poll the vendors chosen about several options regarding hours.

REGISTRATION LOBBY VENDING SPACE (SINGLE BOOTH SPACE) - $300  TWO AVAILABLE (NOT MARKED below):

4’ x 8’ (32 SF) LOBBY Vendors Spaces, these spaces require mobile (clothing rack type) displays OR Collapsible Displays that can be stored each evening . They will be located in the MAIN event space leading into not only the event area but is open to the event itself. PERFECT for clothing or G-rated vanilla kinkables as this space leads to the pool deck and will be visible to non-event persons. One narrow 8’ table provided.

 

LEAD IN VENDORS SPACE (SINGLE BOOTH SPACE) - $300  THREE AVAILABLE (MARKED 1, 2, & 3):

4’ x 10’ (40 SF) Lead in Vendors Spaces, these spaces require mobile (clothing rack type) displays. They will be located in the MAIN event space leading into not only the vendor's area but the event itself. One narrow 8’ table provided.

 

SINGLE VENDOR - $200 Two AVAILABLE  (reserved):

7’ X 8’ Vendor Space, TWO 6’ tables provided in the vending area.

 

SINGLE VENDOR plus ONE- $280  Four AVAILABLE (reserved)

7’ X 8’ Vendor Space, TWO 6’ tables provided in the vending area.

 

DOUBLE VENDOR -  $400 RESERVED (4, 7, & 8):

Two 100sf Vendor Spaces (7 & 8 RESERVED) & One 84 SF Vendor Spaces (RESERVED), up to FOUR 6’ tables provided in vending area.
